-Doren can balance without holding onto anything for a long time. He took one step on Oct. 29 and two steps on Nov. 1. Ever since then, he takes a step every so often.
-He is eating table food now. He does a great job feeding himself and loves to eat!
-We are transitioning off bottles. He has two bottles a day, and the other 2-3 times he drinks his formula from his straw cup.
-Doren loves to shake his head no, dance, wave his hands around like a crazy person, and just be silly. He makes us laugh all the time.
-When you ask for a kiss, he comes at you with an open mouth...and I love it. It makes me laugh every time he does it.
-He knows what clapping is. If you sing "if you're happy and you know it clap your hands", Doren claps!
-Doren is tall, so he started wearing 12 month clothes right after he turned 9 months.
-He knows how to safely get off the couch and our bed. He turns on his belly and puts his feet down first. I have no idea where he learned this, but I'm glad he's so smart about it.
-He met his last set of great grandparents (my mom's parents) the day he turned ten months old. We spent Thanksgiving with them in Texas with my parents, and had a great time!
We love our little man!!
